Return Policy

At Redlinexclusive, we take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are here to help within the guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Redlinexclusive is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@redlinexclusive.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution, such as repair, replacement, or refund.

Exceptions to Returns
We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Items showing signs of use or missing their original packaging.

No Final Sale Items
All items are eligible for return, provided they meet the above requirements.

European Union Right of Withdrawal
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. To exercise this right, the item must meet the same return eligibility requirements: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs under this policy.

How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at contact@redlinexclusive.com with your order details and reason for the return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will have the 10% restocking fee deducted and will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact us at contact@redlinexclusive.com.
